Italian Pilsner – crystal clear, with a light golden colour and a medium-body.  It’s crisp, clean, and refreshing. Although it has a high IBU, there is a little malty sweetness that gives the beer some balance.  A spicy, herbal aroma is achieved from dry hopping with German Nobel hops.

This beer pairs will with lighter foods: chicken, salads, and salmon.  It’s perfect with mild Irish and Canadian cheddar. If you’re thinking about a dessert, you’d want to stay with light options here as well – think fresh, seasonal berries or stone fruits with sabayon or a lovely lemon shortbread or loaf.
