Potty Mouth

Potty Mouth is a light bodied beer, dark brown in colour, with flavours of semi-sweet chocolate, coffee, and hint of berries from a dry-hop of dried cherries, blueberries, and cranberries. On the nose, there’s an aroma of dark chocolate and black coffee.

Porters are made with roasted brown malts giving the beer notes of chocolate, caramel, and coffee.  Due to a richer flavour profile, it’s best to pair porters with foods that have a similar taste and texture.  For example, lobster, crab, Mexican mole, and roasted meat and/or game would be delicious.  It’s also good with cheeses made from cow’s milk, such as a Gruyere (from France) or a Tilsit (from Switzerland).  For dessert, you could pair this lovely beer with chocolate peanut butter cookies, tiramisu, or a rich, decadent brownie covered with chocolate ganache.
